Role Description:

As a Tailor at Grand Lè Mar, you bring precision, craftsmanship and a refined understanding of fit to every garment you touch. You appreciate fabric, construction and the subtle details that define quality menswear, and you take pride in delivering alterations that feel intentional, modern and aligned with our design philosophy. You work closely with the Sales & Style team to support a seamless client experience, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards before it leaves the showroom. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, values calm and focused craftsmanship, and brings a proactive, service-oriented mindset to the daily flow of our tailoring needs.

What you will do:

• Perform alterations and repairs on men’s garments with precision, consistency and brand-aligned quality.
• Provide informed recommendations on fit, measurements and construction to support the client’s ideal silhouette.
• Work closely with the Sales & Style team to ensure alterations are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient tailoring workspace that reflects Grand Lè Mar’s visual standards.
• Support fittings when needed by assisting with pinning, marking and measurement checks.
• Help manage tailoring supplies, tools and workflow to keep the process running smoothly.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in tailoring processes, craftsmanship standards and client experience.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Proven experience in men’s tailoring and garment alterations, ideally within suiting or contemporary menswear.
• Strong understanding of fit, garment construction and fabric behavior.
• Precise, detail-oriented and able to maintain high quality even when working under time constraints.
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative attitude toward the showroom and sales teams.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to take initiative in managing your workspace and workflow.
• Comfortable working part-time with flexibility during busy periods, fittings or seasonal product launches.
