We are looking for a professional, client focused team member to fill an open position within our office as a receptionist. We are looking for a team player who makes enjoying their job a priority and puts 100% effort into the clients we serve. Our office is an incredibly upbeat and fast-paced environment that requires someone who is self-motivated and willing to make the job their own. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

What a day at work looks like for our front desk staff: You’ll welcome and greet all clients, make sure the waiting room is clean and relaxing for all of our clients. You will obtain insurance information and collect payments. Assisting clients with paperwork and scheduling, both over the phone and in person. You’ll help maintain documentation via data entry, email correspondence and writing reports. You will be the first contact our clients have both in person and over the phone.
Work in the medical or mental health field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
