Grand Industrial is seeking dependable Industrial Maintenance Laborers to support maintenance, repair, and installation work at industrial facilities. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial environment. Mechanical and welding experience are preferred but not required for candidates willing to learn.
What You'll Do
· Assist with industrial maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations
· Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
· Support mechanical repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
· Assist with fabrication, welding, and steel modifications as needed
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
· Work independently and as part of a team while following supervisor direction
Requirements
· Mechanical experience preferred
· Welding experience preferred
· Construction, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience is a plus
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Pay: $31.00 - $32.69 per hour
