Industrial Flooring Project Manager

Grand Industrial is seeking a hands-on Flooring Project Manager to lead industrial flooring projects throughout the region. We are looking for an experienced flooring professional with a strong background in commercial, industrial, or specialty flooring applications who is interested in expanding their expertise through company-paid epoxy and ESD flooring training.

The successful candidate will lead crews, perform installations, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform industrial flooring installations and repairs
• Supervise field crews and coordinate daily work activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project scopes
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Maintain organized and efficient jobsites
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate project progress with Project Managers and company leadership
• Learn and apply specialized flooring systems: Epoxy coatings, Electrostatic Discharge flooring systems, Urethane flooring systems, Concrete polishing systems, and others.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, industrial concrete coatings, resinous, tile, polished concrete, or related flooring applications
• Previous experience leading crews or managing projects preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Strong understanding of construction and industrial work environments
• Ability to read project drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review for company vehicle eligibility
• Commitment to completing company-sponsored epoxy and ESD training

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
