Shift: Overnight 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Night Time Front Desk / Laundry Agent to join our team! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping guests, can multitask effectively, and doesn't mind folding laundry while keeping things running smoothly overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest requests
- Provide room keys and re-entry assistance to guests during overnight hours
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel laundry
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and laundry area
- Monitor building security and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay awake and alert during night shifts
- Basic computer skills (for check-in system)
- Able to lift and carry laundry bags/bins as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
