• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to Hyatt brand standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are comfortable, sanitized, and fully stocked.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and care.
• Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items.

Responsabilidades

• Limpiar y preparar las habitaciones asignadas de acuerdo con los estándares de Hyatt.
• Asegurar que las habitaciones estén limpias, desinfectadas, abastecidas y listas para recibir a los huéspedes.
• Responder a las solicitudes de los huéspedes con amabilidad, profesionalismo y rapidez.
• Reportar cualquier necesidad de mantenimiento y entregar los objetos perdidos encontrados.
• Colaborar con el equipo de Housekeeping para brindar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros huéspedes.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required, we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry moderate weight throughout the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
