At Grand Hyatt DFW, our Room Attendants create memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. This role is essential to maintaining the luxurious standards that define the Grand Hyatt brand. The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming — helping every guest feel cared for and at home.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to Hyatt brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost-and-found items, and report them promptly.
• Restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are neatly organized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures in compliance with hotel and DFW Airport regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent quality and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule for shifts from 8 AM-4:30 PM Sunday-Saturday, including holidays and weekends.
• Previous experience in Housekeeping in a Hospitality setting is preferred.
