Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all food and beverage outlets and service areas located on the resort pool deck, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and training of colleagues.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality through active floor presence and engagement with both guests and team members.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including health and safety standards.
- Ensure all Hyatt brand standards and operating procedures are followed consistently.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
- Support special events, holiday operations, and seasonal programming occurring on the pool deck.
