Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Event Concierge is the liaison between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (approx.. 25 lbs.)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
