  • Design, deliver, and maintain engaging learning experiences that reinforce luxury service standards, Forbes expectations, operational consistency, and Hyatt culture.

  • Facilitate training and communicate policies, procedures, safety updates, and guest service standards clearly to a diverse workforce.

  • Assess department training needs, translate operational priorities into practical learning plans, and coach managers on effective on-the-job development.

  • Build manager and leadership capability through development programs, performance conversations, feedback coaching, and succession-readiness initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate training records, completion reporting, materials, evaluations, and Learning Management System data; use results to improve learning impact.

HR Generalist Leadership & Administration

  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment and staffing, wage and salary administration, and execution of hotel and company initiatives.

  • Support international recruitment and colleague housing processes, as applicable to resort operations, while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.

  • Lead and develop HR office processes, records, reporting, and administrative systems with accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.

  • Serve as a trusted resource to colleagues and leaders, modeling Hyatt's purpose of caring for people so they can be their best.

Compliance, Safety & Risk Prevention

  • Coordinate required compliance learning, including harassment prevention, food safety, emergency preparedness, occupational health, workplace conduct, and other company or regulatory requirements.

  • Support implementation and monitoring of safety programs and collaborate with managers to build a proactive culture of awareness, prevention, and accountability.

  • Maintain and audit training files, safety logs, and compliance documentation to support readiness for OSHA, Health Department, company, and other regulatory reviews.
