This is a seasonal position from April thru October 2026. On island housing is provided.

Summary:
- Assist the General Manager in leading and managing the daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- Develop and train a team of talented individuals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor and maintain quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold our reputation for excellence
- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
