Job Overview:
As a Rooms Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, offer personalized assistance, and provide valuable information to enhance each guest's stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software.
- Information Resource: Provide clear directions and insights about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
- Problem Resolution: Identify potential guest concerns and resolve them efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- Hotel Knowledge: Stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively.
- Transportation & Reservations: Arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations for a seamless guest experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional level of service.
- Professionalism & Courtesy: Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, associates, and vendors.
