Internship Overview
As a member of our hospitality team, the
primary role of a Hospitality Intern
is to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic and rewarding hospitality industry. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of hospitality operations while fostering professional growth and skill development.
Interns will be immersed in the daily operations of a luxury resort, with opportunities to:
- Provide exceptional guest services, including warm welcomes, addressing inquiries, and ensuring guest needs are met.
- Support front desk staff with check-in/check-out, reservations management, and guest requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas, upholding resort standards.
- Assist in food and beverage operations, including serving, order-taking, and creating seamless dining experiences.
- Work alongside various departments to ensure efficient operations across the property.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities designed to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment rooted in Southern hospitality.
