Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional front desk service using hospitality reservation systems Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests through clear and courteous communication
- Handle phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports following hotel procedures
- Support night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and operational integrity during overnight shifts
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with strong problem-solving capabilities and client communication skills
- Previous experience handling guest services at a high-volume property is desirable
- Ability to manage night audit responsibilities confidently while maintaining attention to detail
