What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher Assistant - Young 5s (2 positions) position at Grand Haven Area Public Schools?
Pay: $16.60/hour (wage may vary based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 5.50 hours daily / Schedule TBD

Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must also meet requirements of 60 hours of study completed at a college/university; or Associate's (or higher) degree; or pass a competency test (Michigan Test for Teacher - Basic Skills Test or ETS ParaPro Test - Math, Reading and Writing tests).
- Demonstrated ability to work positively with students.
- Self directed with good organizational and communication skills.
- Must have ability to follow through with prescribed behavioral management programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both a team and individual tutoring situation.
