- Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must meet the following criteria with an Associate's Degree; OR 60 semester hours at an accredited college: OR successful completion of ETS ParaPro Assessment.
- Must be able to speak Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to work positively with students, prior teacher assisting in a classroom setting preferred.
- Strong initiative, organization and communication skills.
