This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role located in Valparaiso, IN. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, and event spaces. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, replenishing supplies, maintaining laundry facilities, and adhering to cleaning standards and protocols. The role also involves assisting with guest requests and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors.
- Experience with Laundry tasks and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with or willingness to undergo Training for specialized cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a housekeeping role is a plus.
