KnightRider Debate Advisor position
Previous coaching/teaching preferred.
ND Teaching certification or professional background in education preferred.
Contract begins September 18, 2026
Contract ends February 6, 2027
20-week contract
Non-Benefited position.
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Set up informational meeting with students.
- Set up a tournament/travel schedule (this will be coordinated with the coach and your AD)
- Run regular practices (at least three days a week, but every day works better for students)
- Prepare materials for students.
- Coordinate travel and transportation (coordinated with the coach and your AD)
- Construct “trip sheets” for each tournament for administration, students, and parents.
- Supervise weekend tournaments.
- Judge at tournaments.
- Collaborate with high school and middle school coaches for travel.
- Find and select judges for tournaments.
- Complete registration forms.
- Coordinate and host an end of year awards ceremony.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
