Competitive Pay: $20.00/hr during training, increasing to $22/hr after training (before mileage compensation), with potential earnings between $800-900 after training.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean and organized according to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet cleaning requirements and expectations.
- Always uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while representing Grand Finale Cleaning.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to use your vehicle for business purposes (with reimbursement).
- Ability to use a mobile phone for business scheduling.
- Must have documentation to work in the United States.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
