What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT/PT Security Officer - 2nd & 3rd shifts position at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort?
Security Officers are responsible for providing superior service to our guests while protecting customers, employees and all assets.
Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Patrol property (casino, hotel, parking lot and golf course) and ensures the safety of employees and guests.
- Respond to emergencies as needed.
- Notify local police department when backup is necessary.
- Conduct money transfers.
- Conduct table fills/credits.
- Perform drops as assigned.
- Perform all posts as assigned.
- Write incidents reports as assigned.
- Work assigned shift.
- May be required to work overtime.
- Flexibility is required.
