Service Technician

Grand Design RV is currently sourcing for a Service Technician to join our team. This position works directly with the customers to understand the issue(s) with their unit and correct the problems.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Inspect customer units.
• Diagnose repairs to be made.
• Make repairs to meet Grand Design's quality standards.
• Work directly with customers to address their concerns.

Education & Experience

• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must be organized
• Must have a positive attitude and be friendly to customers
• RVIA certification preferred, but not required

Physical Demands

• Climbing a ladder and/or scaffold
• Reaching, twisting, bending, squatting, walking, pulling, pushing
• Able to stand throughout duration of shift
