We’re a Great Fit for Someone Who:
- Has at least 2 years of dental office management experience (comfortable with Denticon or similar “Dentrix-like” software).
- Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of dental professionals
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity
- Monitor collections, receivables, and office performance goals
- Lead morning huddles and keep the team aligned
- Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance
- Coach team members and foster a positive office culture
- Create an outstanding experience for every patient
