The Grand Crossing is a high-energy bar serving great food, cold drinks, and a fun atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver consistent, quality food during fast-paced service.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during high-volume service
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties
