Position Duties
This position is responsible for performing skilled, journey-level mechanical work in the repair and maintenance of heavy and light equipment and overseeing the work of support laborers. See attached job description for more details.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); and four (4) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess or be able to obtain a State of Colorado commercial driver's license (CDL), Class B (minimum) with tanker and airbrakes endorsements. We will help obtain a CDL license if needed. The requirement exists at the time of hire and as a condition of continued employment. Ability to acquire flagging card, MSHA training, enroll in LTAP, and first-aid and CPR certification within six months of appointment. ASE certification; MIG, TIG, Oxy Acetylene welding certificates. Continue education when available.
