Poke Bowl Cashier/Food Service Worker (FWS/NFWS)

Purpose within the Organization: The purpose of this position is to assist the Poke Bowl location on campus by working as a Food Service Worker. Responsibilities Related to Purpose: May be required to prepare for service before the meal and clean the dining room after the meal (wiping tables, vacuuming the floor, cleaning chairs, ensuring the acceptable appearance of the dining area). Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment. Interacts with customers in the serving and dining areas. Complies with all HACCP policies and procedures. Provides attentive and responsive customer service. Records all sales, collects money, operates a cash register and follows all cash handling procedures as required. Maintains required stock of supplies within restaurant. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Must comply with any dress code and PPE requirements. Must have a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card and non-slip shoes. Must comply with any dress code requirements. Willingness to be open to learning and growing. Maintains a positive attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends. Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
