Purpose within the Organization :
The Student Engagement Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of Student Engagement marketing materials.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose :
Designers responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Creating marketing materials using programs within the Adobe Suite.
- Meeting with clients in person or remotely to discuss projects.
- Weekly meetings with staff to discuss projects in progress.
- Prepare final digital, print files, as well as deliver completed projects to clients as needed.
- Maintain an orderly archive of projects and strict schedule for completed tasks as requested by clients.
- Adhere to Grand Canyon Universities branding and style guides.
- Serve as a department ambassador and promote the departments at events and activities.
- Assist with social media or experiential marketing efforts.
- Meet regularly with Marketing / Media Coordinator to receive feedback / changes, review upcoming events, assignments and communication strategies.
