Job Description
This is a multi-functioning operational position at Grand Canyon Resort Corporation (GCRC), a wholly-owned company by the Hualapai Tribe. The successful candidate will assist in providing coverage in all Hualapai Point departments and positions where needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets, accommodate reservations, check-ins and payments in the Gift Shop/Concierge department.
- Perform janitorial duties throughout Hualapai Point in all departments indoors and outdoors, as well as assisting with general maintenance duties.
- Monitor and service arcade and arcade area, including assisting guests with questions they have concerning Hualapai Point, Grand Canyon West locations, operations, Hualapai history and culture.
- Provide quality customer service at all times while following safety and health procedures and policies.
