The purpose of this position is to assist the Non-Enrollment Marketing team with their GCU project management and client relations.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions
- Assisting full time marketing employees with everyday objectives and projects.
- Opening campaigns and projects within internal project management system.
- Creating specification sheets, organizing project folders, closing projects and filling out post-project summary information.
- Documenting client approvals and pulling reports.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Workamajig (Internal Project Management System)
- Access to Marketing Server/Shared Drive
- Willingness to provide excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to work, learn and be flexible.

- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
