Key Responsibilities
- Student Communication & Outreach
- Provides reminders to students regarding programmatic requirements (deadlines, milestones, required activities, and documentation as applicable).
- Encourages students to ensure they are on track in their program and prompts appropriate next steps when needed.
- Responds to routine student questions or routes inquiries to the appropriate staff member or department when necessary.
- Support for Staff Groups
- Assists different staff groups with communication needs (drafting messages, sending updates, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining consistent messaging).
- Provides administrative support related to student communication workflows (tracking outreach, documenting contacts, and organizing communication lists).
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Performs accurate data entry in relevant systems (updating contact notes, tracking requirement completion, logging communications, and maintaining student records as assigned).
- Helps maintain organized records to support staff reporting and student follow-up.
- Strong written communication and customer-service approach when interacting with students and staff.
- High attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support multiple teams while meeting deadlines.
- Professional, student-focused, and solutions-oriented demeanor.

- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
