Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Caregiver/Med Tech. In this role, you will provide assistance to residents with their daily living activities and ensure their health and safety. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering medications under the direction of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications accurately and according to prescribed schedules.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff or supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding medication administration and resident care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a caregiving role or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Join our team and get full time hours, in just 3 days! or part time and work 1-2 days per week! The hours available are 7AM-7PM & 7PM-7AM.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
