Overview
We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Lifeguards to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and waterpark visitors. This role involves monitoring pool activities, maintaining a clean and safe aquatic environment, and providing exceptional guest services. Duties
- Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies using first aid and CPR skills
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests
- Conduct regular pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical checks, and water quality assessments
- Perform routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, and maintaining pool equipment
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide excellent guest services to enhance their experience
- Maintain accurate incident reports and logbook entries for safety audits
- Support overall pool area upkeep by assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed
Skills
- Lifeguard experience with current CPR and first aid certifications
- Strong swimming ability with knowledge of water safety protocols
- Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling equipment or supplies
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain alert, proactive, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
