What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&B Busser position at Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach?
Grand Beach Hotel is looking for a Busser to join our food and beverage team. As a Busser/Food Runner you will greet guest with a great smile, a positive attitude and provide the highest level of luxury service at all times. You will assist the restaurant team members when needed to exceed our customers expectations.
DUTIES
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according with a smile to Grand Beach Hotel standards
- Anticipate and address guests service needs
- Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner- With a smile
- set the stage for a memorable meal, ensuring our dining rooms are sparkling clean and guests have everything they need
- You'll move like lightening to get tables ready for the next guests.
- You'll also support our servers by refilling drinks and clearing plates in between courses.
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstation
- Familiar with the menus of restaurant, bars, and room service
- Ability to describe the style of cuisine and knowledgeable on the hours of operation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team to consistently deliver a quality product and understand luxury standards
- Luxury Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to handle a fast paced environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required, hotel/restaurant experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
