We are seeking a flexible and personable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately and efficiently
- Book reservations and handle payments. Go over policies and ensure all requirements are met prior to booking.
- Handle data entry, filing, and printing.
- Check guests in and out, explain policies and procedures,
- making packets and keys
- Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing general administrative functions
- Provide customer support through effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring excellent service standards
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Proven customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with front desk responsibilities in hotel or motel setting
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
