Grand Appliance & TV is seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead one of our distribution centers and oversee warehouse and delivery operations. This role is responsible for guiding a team of approximately 25 warehouse and delivery associates while ensuring top-tier service, efficiency, safety, and accuracy every day.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 warehouse and delivery employees
Oversee $10M in inventory, including accuracy, receiving, storage, and shipping
Drive performance across Service, Safety, People, and Cost metrics
Standardize processes and share best practices across all warehouse locations
Maintain and manage the delivery vehicle fleet while building strong vendor partnerships
Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations
Oversee employee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, hiring, and separations
Support ongoing operational initiatives, tasks, and special projects
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field)
7–10 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-shift distribution or fulfillment environment
Strong experience leading medium-sized employee teams
Proven ability to build positive employee relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, consistent messaging
