As a Retail Sales Associate at Grand Appliance and TV, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect appliances to enhance their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to establish meaningful connections with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the selection process. Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and create a welcoming atmosphere in our showroom.
• Engage with customers to understand their appliance needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and product recommendations, showcasing in-depth knowledge of our high-end appliance offerings.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of various appliances.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions that align with their lifestyle and requirements.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals through exceptional customer service and effective selling techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and uphold the reputation of our family-owned business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training.
• Maintain a neat and organized showroom, ensuring products are well-presented.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates looking to start a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Enthusiastic, personable, and eager to connect with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn about high-end appliances and stay up to date with product knowledge.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

This is a commissioned sales position, and earnings may fluctuate based on sales performance. The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
