No brokered loads, consistent routes, and reliable weekly home time.

Requirements:Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience preferred
- Acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Must demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a respectful approach to working with others
