Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including wound care, medication management, and education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, including vital signs and lab results
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas
Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
