What You'll Do:
As a RN/LVN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the best care possible, every single day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on nursing care with professionalism and heart
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes
- Collaborating with doctors, therapists, and fellow team members
- Leading with compassion — mentoring CNAs and creating a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:
- RN/LVN license (current & in good standing in the state of Texas)
- A genuine passion for serving the senior community
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience a plus — but not required
