Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable teacher to create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for young children. This role includes planning age-appropriate lessons, supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic growth, and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead daily learning activities in literacy, math, play, and social development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Encourage positive behavior and independence
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Support the needs of all learners, including toddlers and children needing extra support
- Follow childcare licensing and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Must be willing to get CPR Certified
- Childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them grow
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
