Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of merchandise, ensuring proper stocking levels.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving new stock and conducting regular audits.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills while addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications
