We are a private dental practice seeking a dedicated, detail oriented, energetic people person with excellent phone, computer, and people skills to be the face of our practice and join our amazing dental team. Dental front office experience is required. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing exceptional support to both patients and dental staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, coordination/verification of dental insurance benefits, proficiency in dental terminology, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Our office uses Eaglesoft software; experience with this would be ideal. Dental front office experience required. Experience with all aspects of dental insurance ideal.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance claims processing.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and managing correspondence.
- Communicate effectively over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with dental terminology is essential for effective communication within the office.
- Previous administrative experience in a dental office is required.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes and coding practices is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding patient service.
