Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations and Warehouse Manager located in Timonium, MD. The Operations and Warehouse Manager will oversee stock control, manage inventory, and ensure efficient operations of the warehouse. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities, managing the team, implementing improved workflows and processes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate tracking and efficient management of warehouse stock.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management to improve workflows, processes, and overall efficiency.
- Material handling and warehouse tasks.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills to effectively manage warehouse operations and personnel.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills are an advantage.
- Management, Logistics, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse or operations management is desirable.
