2nd Shift Production Team Lead
Location: Shannon
What are your main tasks?
- Lead and support production team members in daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
- Monitor and maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Communicate operational concerns, production issues, and performance updates to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Perform production-related transactions and data entry within SAP.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees and support ongoing employee development.
- Promote adherence to all company policies, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and actively support a culture of workplace safety.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help achieve departmental objectives.
- Assist in identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the production area.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What are your qualifications?
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and safe work practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
This specific position is 2nd Shift only.
Core schedule is Monday - Friday but some weekend work may be required.
