1st Shift Production Operator
Location: Shannon
What are your main tasks?
- Operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols.
- Inspect finished products to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Observe machine operations and ensure the process is running up to standards.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control tests and removing defective products from the production line.
- Record production data.
- Collaborate with a team of operators to meet production targets and ensure efficiency.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance job performance.
- Load and unload items from machines and racks.
- Ensure the manufacturing process adheres to all company and industry guidelines for safety and efficiency.
What are your qualifications?
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility
- Good time management skills
- Great attitude
- Proficient in the English language, both written and oral
This specific position is 1st Shift only.
Core schedule is Monday - Friday but some weekend work may be required.
