Who you'll be working with.
You'll report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our corporate and manufacturing sites. You'll also work in partnership with the Information Security team to maintain a strong cybersecurity posture, and with external vendors to manage infrastructure services and tools. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and lead a high-performing team while engaging with stakeholders across IT, operations, and enterprise applications.

What you'll be doing.
- Lead infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Oversee network architecture, data center operations, and cloud services
- Manage IT operations including service desk and hardware lifecycle
- Ensure cybersecurity in collaboration with the Information Security team
- Standardize operating procedures and IT policies across sites
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Support ERP and enterprise application implementations
- Monitor KPIs for uptime, performance, and service delivery
- Mentor and develop infrastructure and operations team
What you bring.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
- 5 years of experience in leadership roles
- Experience working in manufacturing environments and managing multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of:
- Network architecture
- Cloud platforms
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Proven track record in leading infrastructure modernization and operational excellence initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong vendor management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams
