Who you'll be working with.
You'll report directly to our Chief Information Officer and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across finance, HR, engineering, and manufacturing. You'll also lead a talented team of application engineers, business analysts, and support staff-mentoring them to deliver high-impact solutions. Your role will involve managing relationships with software vendors and service providers and working hand-in-hand with business stakeholders to ensure our technology investments support strategic goals and long-term growth.

What you'll do.
- Lead the multi-vendor ERP assessment and selection process, from requirements gathering to implementation planning
- Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers to ensure alignment and accountability
- Establish and apply evaluation criteria for packaged software across the enterprise
- Contribute to enterprise architecture decisions, including build-versus-buy strategies
- Develop and drive IT portfolio and project management practices across the department
- Modernize business processes in alignment with new technology capabilities
- Ensure enterprise applications comply with internal policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of application engineers, analysts, and support staff
What you bring.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise applications, including ERP and packaged software
- Proven ability to manage software vendor relationships and lead multi-vendor evaluations
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management principles
- Experience contributing to enterprise architecture and build-versus-buy decisions
- Demonstrated success in driving IT portfolio and project management practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams
- Track record of mentoring and developing high-performing technical teams
