What You'll Do
- Safely load and unload trailers and bulk trucks.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods and materials.
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules with logistics and production teams.
- Inspect trailers and trucks to ensure food safety and quality standards.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for product rotation.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, following sanitation and GMP guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, lab, and production teams.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift operation certification and safe driving skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse systems and perform basic computer data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs. repeatedly and work at heights up to 12 feet.
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including 8- or 12-hour shifts, occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.
