- Lead and coordinate daily sanitation team activities and priorities.
- Manage the facility's sanitation and pest control programs.
- Maintain sanitation records and the Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Support food safety, GMP, HACCP, customer, and third-party audit activities.
- Investigate sanitation, pest control, and facility-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead sanitation, food safety, and safety training initiatives.
- Drive safety programs, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Manage sanitation tools, chemicals, equipment, and inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience.
- Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
