Food Production Manager
Position
A fast-growing food production company is looking for a full-charge production manager ready to work hard with an ‘I can do it’ attitude that will always find a way to overcome every obstacle. The individual will be the total charge of all production lines in this facility, including hiring his team. Individuals must also be ready to work by themselves and build a team.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Strategically manage the production in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
· Full responsibility that everything gets done within companies lead time in the most efficient manner
· Oversee full production line, set up shifts, and add production lines when needed.
· Oversee the production line's machinery and maintain it as needed.
· Ensure efficient production utilization, always come up with new ideas on how to optimize the production lines
· Be a top of fixing the machinery when needed
· Take full responsibility for all legal aspects and certification of the food production
· Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees, working with them on goals and a positive environment.
· Strong commitment to making everything happen even if it requires staying overtime
Qualification:
· Expertise in food production procedures and best practices
· Mechanical skills and quick learner
· Highly skilled in problem-solving and analysis.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate
· Excellent communication and time management skills.
· Loyal and committed individual
Requirements
· 3 years of food production experience
· 2 years of hiring experience
· Advanced knowledge of food packaging machinery
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,675.00 - $62,088.00 per year
