Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, wiping counters, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold health standards.
• Restock bar supplies such as liquor bottles, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, opening bottles, and fetching ingredients during busy hours.
• Support food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light bites for patrons when needed.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and transactions accurately.
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to keep the bar inviting and organized.
• Handle cash handling duties with precision during cash register operations and cashiering tasks.
• Support catering events or banquets by setting up stations, serving guests, or clearing tables efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly.
• Uphold food handling safety standards and assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.

Experience
Candidates should bring a strong foundation in hospitality or food service environments—experience in nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, catering events, or banquet settings is highly valued. Prior work with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. A background in food handling, bussing, serving, or barista experience will give you an edge. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and providing top-notch customer service. Previous roles involving cash handling or cashiering demonstrate reliability and attention to detail. Candidates with kitchen experience or hospitality backgrounds—especially those familiar with the food industry—are encouraged to apply.
